Mission Statement

I am just making this page so we can post ideas about the mission statement.

1. What does our team want to be known for?

• Helping veterans, advancing social good, and giving people a chance to share and connect
• being flexible and innovative
• employing excellent design and collaboration techniques
• making a difference
• Inspiring others, leading by example

2. How do we want to treat each other?

• with Honesty
• Professionally
• with respect personally and professionally
• with kindness
• in an environment of constructive criticism
• in the spirit of "for the good of the app and the team"

3. What kind of workplace do we want to have?

4. What unique talents and skill does each person bring to the team?

• Jonathan- Army officer and combat veteran, LEADER
• Me-CLARK (lol), organization, motivation
• Harmoni-CREATIVITY! Fun factor, Physical design and presentation
• Debbie-military brat (insider from a child's point of view-Dad fought in Vietnam), military wife for 8 years (insider from a spouse's point of view).
• Trey - vision, creativity, technology

5. What do we want to achieve?

• Connect veterans through conversations in a safe environment
• Credibility, trust amongst Veterans and VA medical community
• Popularity - "goto" site for connections and stories

6. What unique contributions can we make?

• Advance the conversation about addressing what happens when our soldiers get home
• Connecting soldiers with each other.
